GUIDED HIKES

Free Guided Hikes in the Peak District

Hiking and being out in nature has many health benefits – improves mental wellbeing, helps to maintain a healthy weight, can reduce stress/anxiety, helps build healthy muscle and bone and improves sleep quality.

The hikes will be held monthly and will be around 12 – 15km. I will finalise the route a few days before the event depending on weather and path conditions.

Each hike will start at 10am and will be a small group of clients (12 max.)

Please ensure you have the appropriate fitness levels for the walk and you will need to have the correct kit/clothing to attend the hike.

I have been hiking around the Peak District for over 40 years and want to share my passion for the great outdoors.  I gained my Hill and Moorland Leader qualification in 2021 with the Mountain Training Association and I have attended an outdoor first aid course.

To book onto a hike please email me at anne.friendshipyoga@gmail.com

I will then send a confirmation email and further information about the event.

No dogs/pets on the hikes
