A registered nurse for over 30 years, supporting patients with a range of different health issues, I’ve always had a keen interest in mental health and empowering people to improve their wellbeing. And at Friendship Yoga and Wellbeing that’s exactly what I do.
If you’re looking for a down-to-earth person who works hard but loves having fun, then you’ve come to the right place. There’s a strong sense of community in my classes/events and you’ll always get a warm welcome.

I’m passionate about yoga and wellbeing (hence the name) and promoting the  healing benefits of breathwork. I want my clients to feel comfortable, encouraged and inspired, and be able to stretch, breathe and relax in a safe and friendly space.
Yoga and being in nature has changed my life – I’d love to share its magic with you.
