Movement🧘🏼Nature🌿Self-Care
This special retreat will start at 5pm Friday and finish around lunchtime Sunday
The weekend will consist of 4 yoga classes (flow/vinyasa and yin yoga) , 2 meditation sessions, 1 short hike, drum circle (gongs by Julia), forest bathing and 1 more session to be finalized.
All the classes will be suitable for all abilities. I have hired the studio in the hostel grounds for the movement sessions. The studio has stunning views of the surrounding countryside and is heated by a log burner. If the weather is kind we will hopefully have a yoga class outdoors.
The hostel is very cozy and comfortable and the hostel website has all the up to date information about the accommodation, shared bathroom facilities https://brettonhostel.co.uk/
It will be a small group of students - 8 in total staying at the hostel and 3 non residential guests.
