Prioritising self-care in the lead-up to Christmas is vital for our well-being and for finding inner peace. The afternoon session will offer restorative yoga (Anne) and yoga nidra (Veronica), specifically crafted to soothe the nervous system and alleviate stressors.

​This event is designed to help you get active following the Christmas break. The morning will feature an energising yoga class, and after lunch, we will head into nature for a hike. Hopefully the day will leave you feeling balanced and revitalized as you step into 2026.​

NEw Year Workshop
Find Inner calm for 2026 
 

Saturday 17th January 2026

This 2 hour special workshop will include a stress reset workshop & restorative yoga.

Catherine from The Health Coaching Cabin will explore how stress affects your body and why treating yourself kindly matters. 

Anne will offer a 45 mins restorative yoga practice to restore your nervous system and release stress.

COMMUNITY GONG BATH WITH JULIA

Saturday 7th March 2026

Greenwood Centre Toton 

3pm-5pm

A gong bath, or gong meditation, is a form of sound healing designed to offer:

relaxation, emotional release and pain relief. This is going to be a very special session and the gong bath should help the body to de-stress and ensure the mind/body is restored back into balance.

Slow down and connect to the natural world. Forest bathing is a  well-being practice which can promote  mindfulness  and bring balance to the body and mind.

My healthy hikes in the Peak District, which are for small groups of clients (maximum of 12), are held monthly, start at 10am and are around 15km.
