COMMUNITY GONG BATH WITH JULIA

Saturday 14th June  2026

Greenwood Centre Toton 

2.30pm-4.30pm

A gong bath, or gong meditation, is a form of sound healing designed to offer:

relaxation, emotional release and pain relief. This is going to be a very special session and the gong bath should help the body to de-stress and ensure the mind/body is restored back into balance.

FOREST BATHING experience🌳🌳

Slow down and connect to the natural world. Forest bathing is a  well-being practice which can promote  mindfulness  and bring balance to the body and mind.

Guided Hikes 

Various Dates 

I run small-group hikes in the Peak District, with a maximum of 12 clients per walk. I host a monthly health hike as well as a range of other guided adventures throughout the year. 

Experiencing the great out-doors is crucial for our well-being and offer numerous health advantages.

Lone Water Lily

I'm excited to announce that I'm currently planning a Summer Wellbeing Day in the beautiful Peak District. Additionally, my 5th Wellbeing Festival is scheduled for October. I'm in the process of finalizing the details and expect to have the events organized in the next few weeks. Stay tuned for more updates!
