Guided Hikes

Healthy Hikes in the Peak District

What could be better than getting outside, exercising and soaking up all the benefits of being in nature. Hiking have so many health benefits, from improving mental wellbeing, helps to increase fitness levels, builds stronger muscles  and enhances sleep quality.

All my healthy hikes are designed for small groups of up to 12 clients, ensuring everyone enjoys a safe and rewarding day. The routes are finalised a few days before each event to factor in the weather and path conditions.

Please make sure you bring appropriate kit and clothing and that you’re physically prepared to complete the hike.

I’ve been hiking in the Peak District for over 40 years and want to share my passion for the great outdoors. I qualified as a Hill and Moorland Leader in 2021 with the Mountain Training Association and have also attended an Outdoor First Aid course, so you’re in safe hands.

To book on to a hike, please email me  or book online via Guided Outdoor Adventures.

Please do not bring dogs or other pets. All walkers must be over 18.

I can  work with private clients offering hikes in the Peak District and Yorkshire dales.  Every corporate experience is expertly facilitated and custom‑designed to fit your team’s needs, your location, and the outcomes you want to achieve.  Drop me a message to discuss further.
