Guided Hikes

Healthy Hikes in the Peak District

What could be better than getting outside, exercising and soaking up all the benefits of being in nature. Hiking have so many health benefits, from improving mental wellbeing, helps to increase fitness levels, builds stronger muscles  and enhances sleep quality.

My free healthy hikes, which are for small groups of clients (maximum of 12), are held monthly, start at 10am and are around 15km. The routes are finalised a few days before each event to factor in the weather and path conditions.

Please ensure you have the correct kit and clothing and are fit enough to complete the hike.

I’ve been hiking in the Peak District for over 40 years and want to share my passion for the great outdoors. I qualified as a Hill and Moorland Leader in 2021 with the Mountain Training Association and have also attended an Outdoor First Aid course, so you’re in safe hands.

To book on to a hike, please email me at  or book online via Guided Outdoor Adventures.

Please do not bring dogs or other pets. All walkers must be over 18.
