Yoga in the workplace

Workplace wellbeing is a hot topic, and rightly so. I’m a big believer in businesses prioritising the health of their employees and putting wellbeing programmes in place.

There’s been a huge amount of research on workplace wellbeing and its benefits, and yoga classes are a great place to start.

Benefits of yoga in the workplace:

  •  Increases energy levels
  •  Reduces fatigue
  • Calms the mind
  • Improves concentration, memory function and creativity
  • Helps reduce stress and tension
  • Eases physical discomfort in the body
  • Gets employees moving – which in turn has so many other health benefits

I can only offer face-to-face classes in the Nottingham/Derby area, and online yoga classes /breathwork sessions.
